15 KM

I ran more than 15 KM today, morning jog.
Woke up 5am in the morning.
To be precise...
Actually, I didn't sleep for the entire night :D

I'm gonna run 15 KM everyday from now onwards ! haha =.=
until school reopens ~

I bet you couldn't even walk 1 KM per day in the house haha... sitting in front of your computer.
Well i used to be like that...when i was..................................................form 4? LOL !
I AM still form 4.
BUT !!!
when school reopens, I'm going to be form 5 :D !!! ...................(SPM Sh1t......)

Ha.

Everyone has been waiting for it !

懂得饶恕，宽恕。。。

今天去增江教会，
牧师与我们分享了一个很值得分享的讯息。

在基督耶稣里，我们的宗旨是要懂得 >>宽恕<<
他教导我们去宽恕别人的过犯， 宽恕他人，就好像上帝宽恕我们一样。。。
当我们走过以弗所书的经典，
见证了“旧人和新人”的不同。
所谓的“旧人和新人”就是非基督徒与基督徒。
圣经里说 你们行事，不要再像外邦人存虚妄的心行事，
解说了：
凡已受教于基督，若仍旧追随虚妄，与那些从未受到真光的照明，而在黑暗中的非信徒无异，岂不将是荒谬至极？

任何已经接受基督的人。。。就不能与之前的信教纠缠，要我们信耶稣的悔改。
保罗在这里指责外邦人的意念虚妄，他们的昏昧，使他们的良心丧尽。。。又缺乏悔痛之意，他们就尽情行恶。
我们是信耶稣的，就不能去参与这些外邦人的污秽行为。
如果我们听他的道，领他的教，我们就必须脱去以前旧人的行为。

我们奔绝谎言，
生气却不要犯罪，不可含怒到日落；
从前偷窃的，不要再偷；总要劳力，亲手作正经事，就可有余分给那缺少的人。
污秽的言语，一句不可出口，
以恩慈相待，彼此饶恕，正如神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。

最重要的是， 一切苦毒、恼恨、忿怒、嚷闹、毁谤，并一切的恶毒，都要从我们心中去除。。。

我们做人本应该彼此相爱，彼此宽恕。
今天的分享，
让我觉悟了，
我即使那个不懂得饶恕，又孤僻的人。。。
所以我的生活圈子来来去去都是那几个朋友。。。

真正的让我觉悟，
让我行着你的指意，
以你为榜，
宽恕所不能饶恕的人。。。
